Tre acrobati, artisti a tutto tondo, sono i protagonisti di quest'opera dai toni sia riflessivi che brillanti.

Sentido in portoghese ha diversi significati:
senso, direzione, obiettivo, motivo ed è anche un comando militare. In linea con le richieste del regista Boris Vecchio, ho sonorizzato questo spettacolo ricercando un sound minimale, moderno e quasi interamente elettronico.

Three acrobats, all-rounded artists, are the protagonists of this work whose shades are both reflective and bright. Sentido has got different meanings in portuguese: way, direction, aim and it also is a military command.
In line with the requests of the director Boris Vecchio, I have added sound to this show, looking for a minimal sound that was modern and almost completely electronic.

La scenografia di questo spettacolo era nientemeno che lo splendido Lago Maggiore.
Dal buio della notte emergevano figure oniriche. E' stato descritto dagli spettatori come un "sogno poetico". Per realizzarne la colonna sonora ho collaborato con un coro locale formato da persone di diverse età (anche 80 e 90enni). Devo ringraziare la sapiente mano del regista Boris Vecchio e l'incredibile sensibilità
della direttrice artistica del Festival (e scrittrice di fama internazionale) Dacia Maraini se questo è lo spettacolo a cui sono rimasto più legato.

The scenography of this show was nothing less than the majestic Lake Maggiore.
Dream figures emerged from the darkness of the night. The public described It as a poetic dream. I cooperated with a local choir whose memebers were different ages (even in their 80s or 90s) to create its soundtrack.
I must thank the sapient hand of the director, Boris Vecchio, and the incredibile sensitivity of the art director of the Festival (and worldiwide known writer) Dacia Maraini for this show to be the one to which I feel more affected.

Un mantra sonoro descrive il lento passaggio del funambolo su di una corda in fiamme. Tutto questo un attimo prima che venga accesa la Focara: un'imponente pira alta 30 metri omaggio a Sant'Antonio, patrono della città di Novoli in Salento.

A risonant mantra describes the slow walk of the tightrope walker on a flaming rope.

All this, Just before they lighten up the Focara: an imposing pyre 30 meters tall, a homage to Saint Antonio, patron of the city of Novoli in Salento.
